The Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) is a semi-autonomous planning and development authority responsible for the planning and development of Gwadar, a rapidly growing city located in the Pakistani province of Balochistan.

The GDA was established in May 2015 by the provincial government of Balochistan, with the aim of spearheading the development of Gwadar into a modern, world-class city. The authority is headed by a Chairman, who is appointed by the provincial government.

The GDA is responsible for the development and implementation of the master plan for Gwadar, as well as for the coordination of all development activities.
