The Water and Sanitation Agency of Lahore is one of the oldest and most trusted organizations in Pakistan. It is a non-profit, autonomous and self-financing organization working for the promotion of clean water supply and sanitation in Pakistan. In the last few years, WASA has been working on a program to provide 100% safe drinking water in all the cities in Pakistan. The agency has also developed a decentralized system for safe water supply and sanitation.
The Water and Sanitation Agency was established in 1961 in Pakistan. The agency is responsible for the management and implementation of the Government’s water and sanitation policies. The agency is also responsible for the management and implementation of the Government’s flood protection plans. The agency is also responsible for the management and implementation of the Government’s sewerage services.
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) is the national agency responsible for providing safe drinking water to the people of Pakistan. WASA was established in 1948 and is currently managed by the Ministry of Water and Power. The agency has its headquarters at Islamabad, and it is responsible for the design, construction, maintenance, operation and management of large-scale urban water supply schemes, irrigation schemes and small-scale domestic water supply schemes. It is also responsible for monitoring the quality of drinking water through its monitoring centers, which are located across the country.
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) is a governmental agency that is responsible for the provision of safe drinking water, sanitation, and drainage services in Pakistan. WASA’s headquarters are located in Lahore, Punjab. In 2016, the agency was ranked as the world’s second-most effective water supply and sanitation agency.
